Housekeeping is perfect for anyone who needs a bit more help at home than just cleaning. Our housekeepers can assist with laundry, ironing, and other household chores to help you keep everything in order. AVAILABILITY: Online booking is available when booking for 7 days or more in advance. For bookings within the next 7 days, please request a quote or contact us for availability first. You can pick the start date for your first visit, let us know how often you’d like it, and share your preferred dates. We’ll do our best to match your schedule and follow up with you to confirm. ONLINE BOOKING: You can schedule regular housekeeping services and choose any add-ons you’d like for your first visit. We know that housekeeping needs can change from visit to visit, so we’ll work with you and the cleaner to create a flexible, efficient schedule that ensures everything is taken care of. Once you have a set schedule, you can easily manage future visits online, whether you need to reschedule or cancel. ADD-ONS: When booking housekeeping online, you can easily add extra options during the process at no additional cost, making sure every task is covered: - bed changing - laundry - ironing - clothes folding away - tidying - dishwasher loading & unloading - fridge cleaning OTHER SERVICES: If you’d like extra services, just add them to your cart before confirming your booking, along with any others you want. Returning clients enjoy discounted rates on additional options like quarterly deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, patio cleaning, and more. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Service days: Monday - Saturday • Service Hours: 8.00am - 7.00pm • Number of Cleaners: 1 - 2 (pricing listed is per cleaner) • Visit Duration: 3 - 8 hours • Equipment & Supplies: NOT INCLUDED PAYMENT: At the end of the booking process, you’ll be asked to pay a 25% deposit online to secure your service. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with 7 days’ notice or less. For future appointments, you can choose to pay ahead for each visit, weekly, or combine payments into one monthly bill.

Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Regular Cleaning & Housekeeping Services (Weekly, fortnightly, or ongoing bookings) These services are scheduled with consistent cleaners and fixed weekly availability. Short-notice cancellations directly affect our cleaners’ income and scheduling. Cancellation Terms 7 days’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are charged at 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows us to: • Protect our cleaners’ guaranteed working hours • Maintain reliable schedules • Provide consistent, high-quality service • No-Shows If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
