Service Description

Brilliant Cleaner offers the deepest of deep cleans. Our deep clean service includes the same as our regular home cleaning, but more in-depth and with some extras included too. This can also be booked for "Spring Cleans" as they are very thorough. All Areas including Hallway/Landing: • Top to bottom dust down, nooks and crannies too! • Antibacterial cleaning and disinfecting cleaning of worktops, surfaces, and tables • Clean the inside and outside of empty cupboards and drawers • Empty the bin • Clean the bin inside and out • Inside of windows, frames and sills cleaned • Thorough vacuuming including corners, behind and underneath moveable items/objects (freshener applied to carpets) • Mopping of floors (if appropriate) Living/Reception Room(s): • Sofa will be tidied for presentation and wiped down if material appropriate • Sofa, carpets/rugs, curtains, and fabrics will be applied with fresheners (odour elimination not cleaning or upholstery) Bedroom(s): • Bedframes will be wiped clean if appropriate • Bed, carpets/rugs, curtains, and fabrics will be applied with fresheners (odour elimination not cleaning or upholstery) Kitchen: • Cleaning of sink • Removal of limescale and grease • Hob and oven exterior will be given a general wipe clean unless oven cleaning is booked additionally. • Appliances wiped on the outside (please inform if the inside of the appliance need cleaning) Bathroom(s)/Toilet(s): • Cleaning of the sink • Cleaning of shower/bath • Removal of limescale • Cleaning of the toilet (toilets will be bleached too) • Mirrors Deep Clean from £25 p/h • 1 Person = £25 - £30 p/h • 2 Cleaners = £50 p/h • 3 Cleaners = £70 p/h • 4 Cleaners = £90 p/h • 5 Cleaners - £110 p/h Add-ons: (additional charges) • Upholstery cleaning - please select items and size on request • Carpets cleaning - please select room size on request • Oven cleaning = £60 - £120 (Single to Larger) • Other internal kitchen appliance cleaning (included) • Window cleaning - please select requirements on request • Balcony/Terrace/Garden cleaning = From £30 • Washing of dishes Service - additional time required Information: • No. of Cleaners : 1 - 6 Cleaners • Visiting Hours : 9.00am - 8.00pm (weekends too) • Sunday (Office Closed) Booked sessions continue • Contact :08000 614 189 • E-mail : bookingsteam@brilliant-cleaner.com The minimum booking is 3 hours. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours’ notice: not chargeable, if paid can be refunded in full or credited for next visit. Less than 48 hours’ notice: chargeable at £15.00 Less than 24 hours’ notice: chargeable at £30.00 Cancellations are chargeable to ensure the financial wellbeing of our cleaners is not affected.
