Do you bring your own equipment and products?
For deep cleaning, end of tenancy, after builders, Airbnb, and specialist services, our teams bring all professional equipment and products.
For regular cleaning and housekeeping, clients usually provide supplies so we can work with preferred products, but we’re happy to supply them if requested.

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule free of charge if done within the applicable cancellation window. Please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our cleaners’ schedules.
Do you offer same-day or next-day cleaning?
Subject to availability, yes. Same-day and urgent bookings are often possible for one-off services.
Pricing & Payments
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the service type. For example:

Regular cleaning & housekeeping are based on time, frequency, and number of cleaners

Specialist services (oven, carpet, upholstery, garden) are priced per item or area
All pricing is transparent and explained before booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in honest pricing. Any optional extras are clearly listed and agreed before the service begins.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 25% deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure the booking. This is deducted from the final balance.
Cancellation & Guarantees
What is your cancellation policy for one-off services?

48 hours to 7 days before: Deposit becomes non-refundable

48–24 hours before: 50% of the booking cost

Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the booking cost

Do you have a different policy for regular cleaning and housekeeping?
Yes. Because these services rely on consistent scheduling and dedicated cleaners:

7 days’ notice is required to cancel or pause a regular or housekeeping booking

Cancellations within 7 days may be charged at 100% of the scheduled visit
This ensures our cleaners’ time and income are protected.
Do you offer a re-clean guarantee?
Yes. For end of tenancy cleaning services, we offer free re-cleaning within 48 hours if any areas were missed, subject to our terms.

Are your end of tenancy cleans agency approved?
Yes. Our end of tenancy cleaning is designed to meet landlord and letting agent standards and includes:

What if something gets damaged?
While rare, any issues must be reported immediately. All services are insured, and we handle matters professionally and transparently.

Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. Many clients provide access instructions or greet the cleaner before leaving. We’re happy to work whether you’re home or not.
