What cleaning products SHOULD I USE? 

For our regular cleaners to provide the best service, we recommend having the following available:

You can purchase any brand and from anywhere of your choice, these are only recommendations based on availability and convenience; as Amazon provides up to 15% regular orders on these types of products. Our way of helping you save money. 

  • Good working vacuum with attachments is great for saving time and quality of cleaning

  • Clean and strong mop is essential for clean hard floors

  • Multiple cloths and sponges are beneficial for hygienic cleaning 

  • Antibacterial cleaners are essential for quality of cleaning.
    Multi purpose cleaners are great for convenience, ensure they are suitable for your furniture and surfaces. Bathroom cleaners are brilliant as they have added extras for that extra hygienic clean. Limescale remover is a must have to maintain and prevent.

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • How do I request a quote?
    Please kindly complete our online request form available on our home page.
  • Do you offer housekeeping services?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer housekeeping services. However, if you require ironing alongside our regular cleaning service this is usually something we can offer.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. We supply all equipment, products and detergents unless you have a specific request to supply your own. If you request to, there will be a small reduction in booking price. Please be aware that we use professional equipment and carefully selected detergents to ensure the best clean possible.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes we do. We have eqiupment which our experts are able to clean windows to the height of 4 floors high. We also clean conservatories, glass roofs, skylights and many more hard to reach places. We do regularly clean business shop windows throughout London, making them presentable for when the customers visits.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, there will be a cancellation fee of £30 which is given to the cleaner(s) booked for their allocated time.

Facturación y precios

Opción de registro de cuenta

Podemos ofrecerle una cuenta a través de nuestro proveedor "Wix Spaces". Esto le permitirá ver las reservas, los pagos y las facturas anteriores y futuras. También le permite enviar pagos a su conveniencia, de forma segura a través de Stripe. Esto se puede descargar en todas las tiendas de aplicaciones, incluidas Android y Apple, se le enviará una invitación por correo electrónico si acepta registrarse.

Pagos aceptados

Tarjeta/Pagos:
Se aceptan todas las tarjetas de débito/crédito. Tomado en línea de forma segura al completar la reserva, a través de Stripe.

Facturas

Estos se le envían por correo electrónico 24 horas antes de la fecha de visita acordada y son gestionados por Stripe. Stripe le enviará nuestra factura y solicitará un pago con tarjeta en línea a través de su plataforma segura en línea. Google Pay y Apple Pay también son opciones disponibles.

Pagos semanales/regulares: 

Para la primera reserva, se aplicará el procedimiento de pago de la factura (24 horas antes de la fecha de la reserva)
Para reservas regulares posteriores, nos complace facturar el día de la visita y esto se puede configurar como un pago recurrente si así lo solicita.

Cancelaciones:

Las cancelaciones realizadas dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la fecha de la visita incurrirán en una tarifa de cancelación de £ 30. Esta tarifa es para nuestro personal y su tiempo asignado, ya que no siempre podemos reemplazar su reserva a corto plazo. Creemos en valorar tanto a nuestros clientes como a nuestro personal. Nuestro personal es lo que nos ayuda a operar brindando servicios brillantes y nos esforzamos por garantizar que el sustento de nuestro personal no se vea afectado mientras trabaja para nosotros. Esperamos que esto se pueda apreciar.

Pagos en efectivo:

Aceptamos pagos en efectivo, pero esto debe discutirse con la oficina directamente al momento de la reserva. Se le seguirá enviando una factura, pero será de nosotros directamente, no de Stripe.
