Service Description
The minimum booking for this service is 3 hours with 2 cleaners. Pricing includes: our experienced cleaners and all materials, detergents and equipment for the cleaning service and add-ons booked. Pricing excludes: > Congestion charging zone: £15.00 (where applicable) > Parking fees: if a visitors permit or other designated parking is not available, parking charges of £20.00 - £40.00 will apply. Our online booking process allows booking for: >2 cleaners from 3 - 6 hours >3 cleaners from 3 - 8 hours >Add-on options such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and more. >Visit dates after 72 hours >Visit dates from Monday to Sunday >Service times from 09.00am - 8.00pm If you require more cleaners or a short notice visit, please submit a request form with the necessary details. We do not charge extra for short notice visits, if we have availability we will be happy to accommodate where possible. The charges for our deep cleaning service are hourly, as follows: • 2 Cleaners = £60.00 p/h • 3 Cleaners = £80.00 p/h • 4 Cleaners = £100.00 p/h (not bookable online, please enquire) • 5 Cleaners or more = please enquire Add-ons: (additional charges) You can select add-ons or other services during your booking. If you require services that are not listed, you can submit your booking and request other services in the booking details - additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Cancellation Terms We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our cleaners’ time. 7 days or more before the service: ✔ Free cancellation ✔ Full deposit refunded Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: ❌ Deposit becomes non-refundable Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: ❌ 50% of the total booking value is charged Less than 24 hours before the service or same-day cancellation: ❌ 100% of the booking value is charged This is because our cleaners are contractually scheduled and paid for time allocated. If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
