Service Description
AVAILABILITY: Online booking is available when booking for 72 hours or more in advance. For bookings within the next 72 hours, please request a quote or contact us for availability first. ONLINE BOOKING: Please ensure you select the required services, and add-ons, as per your contractual obligations - if you are unsure we recommend checking your tenancy agreement, landlord or letting agent. ADD-ONS: When booking end of tenancy cleaning online, you can easily add the following options during the process: - carpet cleaning - sofa cleaning - mattress cleaning - headboard and bedframe cleaning - curtain cleaning - rug cleaning - stain removal - eco friendly products - furniture cleaning (for properties that will be left furnished i.e. beds, wardrobes, tables etc) OTHER SERVICES: If you need additional services like external window cleaning, garden or patio cleaning, or others, simply add the service to your cart before confirming, then add any other services you want before completing your booking. You can also request deep cleaning services for your new property, dual bookings also receive a discount at checkout. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Service days: Monday - Sunday • Service Hours: 8.00am - 8.00pm (Sunday 10am - 6pm) • Number of Cleaners: 2 - 4 (subject to property size) • Visit Duration: 3 - 8 hours (subject to property size) • Equipment & Supplies: ALL INCLUDED OUR GUARANTEE: We deliver our cleaning services to the highest standards, backed by an agency approval guarantee. As part of our commitment to clients, if your checkout report highlights any issues with our cleaning, we offer a free re-clean within 48 hours. Date of service should be scheduled within 24 hours of your checkout to qualify. PAYMENT: You will be prompted to make a deposit payment of 25% online at the end of the booking process to confirm your service with us. This deposit is non-refundable for bookings cancelled with 7 days or less notice.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Cancellation Terms We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our cleaners’ time. 7 days or more before the service: ✔ Free cancellation ✔ Full deposit refunded Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: ❌ Deposit becomes non-refundable Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: ❌ 50% of the total booking value is charged Less than 24 hours before the service or same-day cancellation: ❌ 100% of the booking value is charged This is because our cleaners are contractually scheduled and paid for time allocated. If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
