Currently, online booking for our garden cleaning service is not available. To help us provide you with a tailored quote and confirm our availability, please share some details about your garden. If possible, include images of the area you would like cleaned, as this will allow us to assess your needs more accurately and respond promptly. We are dedicated to assisting you and look forward to helping you revitalise your outdoor spaces.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Cancellation Terms We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our cleaners’ time. 7 days or more before the service: ✔ Free cancellation ✔ Full deposit refunded Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: ❌ Deposit becomes non-refundable Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: ❌ 50% of the total booking value is charged Less than 24 hours before the service or same-day cancellation: ❌ 100% of the booking value is charged This is because our cleaners are contractually scheduled and paid for time allocated. If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
