Service Description
Service Information: • Number of Cleaners : 1 Cleaner • Visiting Hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm • Service Days: Monday - Saturday • Service Duration: 1 hour - 2 hours (depending on size and condition of oven) Minimum charge for booking is £60.00 for oven cleaning only. Oven cleaning is included with our deep cleaning and end of tenancy services and you don't need to book separately. If you have a double oven or Aga oven, you can inform us during your booking and we will offer you a discounted rate. Pricing includes an experienced cleaner and materials, equipment and detergents.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Cancellation Terms We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our cleaners’ time. 7 days or more before the service: ✔ Free cancellation ✔ Full deposit refunded Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: ❌ Deposit becomes non-refundable Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: ❌ 50% of the total booking value is charged Less than 24 hours before the service or same-day cancellation: ❌ 100% of the booking value is charged This is because our cleaners are contractually scheduled and paid for time allocated. If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
