Service Description
AVAILABILITY: Online booking is available when booking for 72 hours or more in advance. For bookings within the next 72 hours, please request a quote or contact us for availability first. The minimum booking requirement is 3 hours per visit. INITIAL VISIT: During this booking process, you will be able to schedule a service on the date and time of your choice, for the amount of hours you require. As our cleaner will be visiting the property for the first time, we recommend an additional 30 minutes to allow our cleaner to become familiar with you, your home, your products and your cleaning requirements to meet expectations. ADD-ONS: -bed changing (no extra fee) -laundry (£5.00 per visit) -ironing (£5.00 per visit) Additional fees apply for laundry and ironing per visit, please ensure you allow sufficient time for all tasks selected, as extra time is not included. CONSISTENCY: As part of our commitment to our clients using regular cleaning services, we aim to provide the same cleaner each visit for continuity. In the event of sickness or scheduled leave, you will be offered a replacement cleaner or reschedule - where possible. If we feel there is a cleaner who would better fit your schedule and/or requirements, we may contact you to offer you an alternative schedule. PAYMENT: You will be prompted to make a payment online at the end of the booking process to confirm your service with us. This will be for the first visit only, to ensure you are happy with our services before finalising your schedule permanently. CONTINUITY: Following your initial visit, we can schedule you in for recurring services as per your frequency. You will have the option to set up a payment schedule that suits you; whether it's in advance of each visit, or in one combined payment for the month. Subject to your frequency and/or requirements, you may be offered a reduced rate for services. ONLINE BOOKING: Just as you are able to book your first visit with us online, you will also be able to manage your future bookings with us online. Whether you need to reschedule, cancel or book extra visits, you can log in at any time; day or night. Charges will apply for rescheduling or cancelling, if not within the allowed period. Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Regular Cleaning & Housekeeping Services (Weekly, fortnightly, or ongoing bookings) These services are scheduled with consistent cleaners and fixed weekly availability. Short-notice cancellations directly affect our cleaners’ income and scheduling. Cancellation Terms 7 days’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are charged at 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows us to: • Protect our cleaners’ guaranteed working hours • Maintain reliable schedules • Provide consistent, high-quality service • No-Shows If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
