Service Description
MINIMUM BOOKING FEE: Booking this service requires a minimum fee of £99.00. You can reach the minimum by combining upholstery cleaning with add-on options or carpet cleaning services. When you book our deep cleaning services, you can add upholstery cleaning at a discounted rate. ONLINE BOOKING: You can book online and choose your preferred date and time. The earliest available slot is at least 7 days in advance, so if you need an earlier appointment, please request a quote first. SERVICE INFORMATION: • Number of Cleaners: 1 or 2 (depending on quantity selected) • Service Hours: 9.00am - 7.00pm • Visit Duration: Minimum 1 hour (depending on quantity selected) • Equipment & Supplies: ALL INCLUDED
Cancellation Policy
Deposits To secure your booking and allocate professional cleaners, we require a 25% deposit for all services for first-time clients. This deposit: • Confirms your booking • Secures your time slot • Covers preparation, scheduling, and cleaner allocation • Is deducted from the final balance Cancellation Terms We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our cleaners’ time. 7 days or more before the service: ✔ Free cancellation ✔ Full deposit refunded Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: ❌ Deposit becomes non-refundable Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: ❌ 50% of the total booking value is charged Less than 24 hours before the service or same-day cancellation: ❌ 100% of the booking value is charged This is because our cleaners are contractually scheduled and paid for time allocated. If our cleaners attend the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
