What cleaning products SHOULD I USE?
For our regular cleaners to provide the best service, we recommend having the following available:
You can purchase any brand and from anywhere of your choice, these are only recommendations based on availability and convenience; as Amazon provides up to 15% regular orders on these types of products. Our way of helping you save money.

Multi purpose cleaners are great for convenience, ensure they are suitable for your furniture and surfaces. Bathroom cleaners are brilliant as they have added extras for that extra hygienic clean. Limescale remover is a must have to maintain and prevent.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

How do I request a quote?Please kindly complete our online request form available on our home page.

Do you offer housekeeping services?Unfortunately, we do not currently offer housekeeping services. However, if you require ironing alongside our regular cleaning service this is usually something we can offer.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. We supply all equipment, products and detergents unless you have a specific request to supply your own. If you request to, there will be a small reduction in booking price. Please be aware that we use professional equipment and carefully selected detergents to ensure the best clean possible.

Do you wash windows?Yes we do. We have eqiupment which our experts are able to clean windows to the height of 4 floors high. We also clean conservatories, glass roofs, skylights and many more hard to reach places. We do regularly clean business shop windows throughout London, making them presentable for when the customers visits.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?Yes, there will be a cancellation fee of £30 which is given to the cleaner(s) booked for their allocated time.

Facturation et tarification
Option d'enregistrement de compte
Nous pouvons vous proposer un compte via notre fournisseur "Wix Spaces". Cela vous permettra de voir les réservations, les paiements et les factures à venir et précédents. Vous permettant également de soumettre des paiements à votre convenance - en toute sécurité via Stripe. Celle-ci peut être téléchargée sur toutes les boutiques d'applications, y compris Android et Apple, une invitation vous sera envoyée par e-mail si vous consentez à vous inscrire.
Paiements acceptés
Carte/Paiements :
Toutes les cartes de débit/crédit sont acceptées. Pris en ligne en toute sécurité à la fin de la réservation - via Stripe.
Factures
Celles-ci vous sont envoyées par e-mail 24 heures avant la date de visite convenue et sont gérées par Stripe. Stripe vous transmettra notre facture et vous demandera un paiement par carte en ligne via leur plateforme en ligne sécurisée. Google Pay et Apple Pay sont également des options disponibles.

Paiements hebdomadaires/réguliers :
Pour la première réservation - la procédure de paiement des factures s'appliquera (24 heures avant la date de réservation)
Pour les réservations régulières ultérieures, nous sommes heureux de facturer le jour de la visite et cela peut être configuré comme un paiement récurrent si demandé.
Annulations :
Les annulations effectuées dans les 48 heures suivant la date de visite entraîneront des frais d'annulation de 30 £. Ces frais sont pour notre personnel et son temps alloué, car nous ne pouvons pas toujours remplacer votre réservation à court terme. Nous croyons en la valorisation de nos clients et de notre personnel. Notre personnel est ce qui nous aide à fonctionner, à fournir des services brillants et nous nous efforçons de garantir que les moyens de subsistance de notre personnel ne soient pas affectés lorsqu'ils travaillent pour nous. Nous espérons que cela pourra être apprécié.
Paiement en éspèces:
Nous acceptons les paiements en espèces, mais cela doit être discuté avec le bureau directement lors de la réservation. Une facture vous sera toujours transmise, mais elle émanera de nous directement, et non de Stripe.
