What cleaning products SHOULD I USE? 

For our regular cleaners to provide the best service, we recommend having the following available:

You can purchase any brand and from anywhere of your choice, these are only recommendations based on availability and convenience; as Amazon provides up to 15% regular orders on these types of products. Our way of helping you save money. 

  • Good working vacuum with attachments is great for saving time and quality of cleaning

  • Clean and strong mop is essential for clean hard floors

  • Multiple cloths and sponges are beneficial for hygienic cleaning 

  • Antibacterial cleaners are essential for quality of cleaning.
    Multi purpose cleaners are great for convenience, ensure they are suitable for your furniture and surfaces. Bathroom cleaners are brilliant as they have added extras for that extra hygienic clean. Limescale remover is a must have to maintain and prevent.

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • How do I request a quote?
    Please kindly complete our online request form available on our home page.
  • Do you offer housekeeping services?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer housekeeping services. However, if you require ironing alongside our regular cleaning service this is usually something we can offer.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. We supply all equipment, products and detergents unless you have a specific request to supply your own. If you request to, there will be a small reduction in booking price. Please be aware that we use professional equipment and carefully selected detergents to ensure the best clean possible.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes we do. We have eqiupment which our experts are able to clean windows to the height of 4 floors high. We also clean conservatories, glass roofs, skylights and many more hard to reach places. We do regularly clean business shop windows throughout London, making them presentable for when the customers visits.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, there will be a cancellation fee of £30 which is given to the cleaner(s) booked for their allocated time.

گزینه ثبت حساب

ما می توانیم از طریق ارائه دهنده خود "Wix Spaces" یک حساب به شما ارائه دهیم. این به شما امکان می دهد رزروها، پرداخت ها و فاکتورهای آینده و قبلی را مشاهده کنید. همچنین به شما این امکان را می‌دهد که پرداخت‌ها را با خیال راحت از طریق Stripe ارسال کنید. این را می توان در همه اپ استورها از جمله اندروید و اپل دانلود کرد، در صورت رضایت برای ثبت نام، دعوتنامه از طریق ایمیل برای شما ارسال می شود.

پرداخت ها پذیرفته شد

کارت/پرداخت:
تمام کارت های نقدی/اعتباری پذیرفته می شود. پس از اتمام رزرو به صورت ایمن آنلاین - از طریق Stripe.

فاکتورها

اینها 24 ساعت قبل از تاریخ بازدید توافق شده از طریق ایمیل برای شما ارسال می شوند و توسط Stripe مدیریت می شوند. Stripe فاکتور ما را برای شما فوروارد می‌کند و از طریق پلتفرم آنلاین امن خود، پرداخت کارت آنلاین را درخواست می‌کند. Google Pay و Apple Pay نیز گزینه های موجود هستند.
(هزینه این سرویس از ما گرفته می شود نه شما)

پرداخت های هفتگی / منظم: 

برای اولین رزرو - روش پرداخت فاکتور اعمال می شود (24 ساعت قبل از تاریخ رزرو)
برای رزروهای معمولی بعدی، خوشحالیم که در روز بازدید صورت‌حساب می‌کنیم و در صورت درخواست می‌توان آن را به عنوان یک پرداخت مکرر تنظیم کرد.

لغو:

کنسلی که ظرف 48 ساعت پس از تاریخ بازدید انجام شود، 30 پوند هزینه کنسل خواهد داشت. این هزینه برای کارکنان ما و زمان اختصاص داده شده آنها است، زیرا ما همیشه نمی‌توانیم رزرو شما را در مدت کوتاهی جایگزین کنیم. ما معتقدیم که برای مشتریان و کارکنان خود ارزش قائل هستیم. کارکنان ما کسانی هستند که به ما کمک می کنند تا خدمات درخشانی ارائه دهیم و ما تلاش می کنیم تا اطمینان حاصل کنیم که معیشت کارکنان ما در حین کار برای ما تحت تأثیر قرار نمی گیرد. امیدواریم بتوانیم از این موضوع قدردانی کنیم.

پرداخت های نقدی:

ما پرداخت‌های نقدی را می‌پذیریم، اما این موضوع باید مستقیماً هنگام رزرو با دفتر در میان گذاشته شود. یک فاکتور همچنان برای شما ارسال می شود، اما مستقیماً از طرف ما خواهد بود، نه Stripe.
