Regular Maintenance Cleaning: Brilliant Cleaner offers quality and professional regular home cleaning services. The minimum booking for this service is 3 hours, recommended time depends on property size and requirements. Our regular cleaners do not provide any cleaning equipment Regular cleaning request form: https://forms.wix.com/r/7040779164894363706 The following is included within our regular cleaning service: Our cleaners will perform the following cleaning tasks to all rooms and areas within the home, giving sufficient time is booked, this will include: • General dust down • Clean worktop, surfaces and tables • Clean the outside of cupboards and drawers • Empty the bin • Vacuuming • Mopping of floors (if appropriate) • Sofa(s) and bed(s) will be tidied for presentation - if vacuuming is required, please advise when booking For regular cleaning, this is to maintain the property and will be general cleaning of areas within the home, our cleaners will not be expected to perform the following: •General housekeeping including laundry •Other housekeeping such as organising items/clothes, unpacking groceries etc - not offered •Cleaning of any external areas of the properties - external windows, doors, balconies/gardens etc - please enquire •Internal cleaning of any kitchen appliances - fridge/freezer/oven/dishwasher etc - please enquire •Internal cleaning of cupboards or wardrobes - •Moving around heavy or numerous items to clean underneath or behind - please request deep cleaning •Full limescale or grease removal - please request deep cleaning •Washing of dishes - please enquire Please note some of the above can be combined to regular services, when booked in advance, please enquire - additional charges apply. If these services have not been booked in advance, our cleaner will politely decline to do this and advise you to contact the office to arrange for the next booking. For bigger houses or longer visits, please enquire. One-off cleaning requests are quoted for our deep clean service. Members who join via the app will receive promotional offers throughout the year including discounted cleaning and free hours of cleaning during promotional periods.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours’ notice: not chargeable, if paid can be refunded in full or credited for next visit. Less than 48 hours’ notice: chargeable at £15.00 Less than 24 hours’ notice: chargeable at £30.00 Cancellations are chargeable to ensure the financial wellbeing of our cleaners is not affected.
